Hmmmmm I'm not sure.... Because you don't have the 08 spoiler either....I don't think is but find out from an infiniti dealer.. And welcome!

True but some of the member's pics have the non S spoiler but they have the S badge and they happen to be 5AT. But the carfax says G37 JOURNEY/SPORT. I just find it interesting I guess.

A friend of mine that used to work at an Infiniti dealer told me that the '08 5AT with sport and premium package came with the S badge. He also told me that the spoiler only came on the 6MT S but he's not completely sure about that. Looking at the gallery I have already spotted quite a few 08 S' with no S spoiler. So I guess my car is actually an S! And probably yours too!
