man..one thing i hate is condo fees..they're more than home association fees.

For anyone w/ serious interest, we can chat more at one of the coming HH's and even head over for a tour. Fairfax unit is a stone's throw from Rio Grande...

vic you thinking of picking up a new townhome or old? I would go for a new townhome since those now come with garages and thats basically what everyone is looking for now...a garage.

price would def. be a factor... interest rates are what? 7% right now? I remember about 15 years ago interest rates were 13% but then again the price of houses have tripled or more.

Dont think I can make the HH on Thursday. i'll be up in New York for work. If you want, we can discuss the next time we get together. I gotta prioritize what I want to do. Get a place now with these interest rates (I know the housing market is declining. Everything was way overpriced) or wait until I'm married and get a house together at the time and save up as much as I can on a downpayment now. Hard to decide.

Haha, up in Seattle you get a 1200 sq/ft condo for that much. And that's away from the city a little bit.
