Spoke To Greg.... Makes moving sound good right about now

Any of you that knew Greg while he was here, you likely knew he moved to Arizona. Some of you might be keeping in touch with him as well. He still has his car but has stopped modding. He has a nice job out there in the nicer dry heat and can work from home like Pratik (tha bastards!). He rolls outta bed late, swims, hits the gym when he wants etc....

man.. I immediately wondered what my company had out there and to my surprise, they have openings! who knows....

Hes getting a 3 bed 2 bath with 2 car garage and a pool for 350 grand.

This might put the nail in the coffin on my thoughts of leaving this area..

how big is the place though? if its like 3 huge bedrooms...

3 beds, 2 baths with 2 car garage here sounds like a new townhouse. Which if you go farther from DC. is possible to attain for 350. If you're in fairfax... like the ones near my house..they go for about 900k. I might start looking at condos near fairoaks....

yeah but your missing a huge factor... actually two of them. One is a yard, and secondly a pool. Brian was saying you could get that in MD. I dont doubt you, but I like living close to the major city

Granted, I dont know how it is out there, but from family and friends that have gone out there, they like it.

you can get a brand new big a$$ house in southern maryland (Clinton/Oxen Hill) for real cheap. But I wouldn't want to live there though.

oxon hill prices are actually going up since they are opening the "national harbor" right across the bridge. New homes start at $500,000.

that's funny b/c that's where i've been looking at moving to. it jobs seems plentiful there and the cost of living there is comparable to what it is becoming here in va beach.

i hate the humidity here in va beach yet the dry heat is tolerable.
