Angry Ticket coming back from PA

Monday I am coming back from PA and i'm on route 15 around Maryland when i pass this honda civic and then the fuc@er stars to folow me like he wants to go so i'm not even paying attention to him, just crusing along when i see a cop on the side and as soon as i saw him i knew that he clocked me so he gets on the road and the guy from the Honda gets off at a gas station on the right like nothing and this ****@en pig comes and stops ME, then tells me, "I was trying to pull both of you over but the other car took the exit at the gas station" WHAT? so i said after he gave me the ticket, "obviously he was traying to avoid you, you should have given him the ticket"
Anyways instead of giving me a reckless ticket for going 85 on a 65, he gave me 84 over 65 and he said that points may not transfer to VA, i hope.

Yeah they definetly transfer. Best thing to do is go to court for it and try to get the points dropped. I did that with my VA ticket and when I pulled my MD driving record the VA speeding was on there but with 0 points.

Whats kind of stupid is the tint ticket was on there as well. WTF does that have to do with my driving record?
