Warrnty Info **must Read**

Ran across this on the web. Anyone (Lawyers) might have insight on this law or how accurate this is? Thought you all might find it intresting.

Yes, when the dealer tries to claim it was something you put on your car. You throw this at them. They have to prove your aftermarket item caused the failure. Most of the time they will back down. SEMA has been fighting for us so we can mod our cars and keep the hobby alive.

SWEET. SO Jim Coleman lied about the MD Spacer voiding the warranty.

Yep. IF something breaks. The dealer has to prove your mod broke your motor, trans, susp, etc. They can't say "Oh, you put this on your car. Your Warranty is now void."

Jim Coleman basically said .. anything that Grubbs sell ... will not void warranty .. but Grubbs sell a freakkin supercharger .... I think people who work at dealerships dont know $hiT

There should be a phone number or an address you can report Jim Coleman to and they may even contact them for you.
