hmm, i think they charge $16 for custom labor? The whole job took them 25 min to do. I got the employee price cauz my friend works for them. But even 16 isnt bad
Let me ask you though. Did they even know what they were doing as far as hookups and did you just bring them like an amp kit or something to hook up to the Opus? Its just the power, ground and ignition wires that'll be coming out of my 150Watter. I would think that they wouldnt know how to even connect it to the Opus properly. What exactly did you bring to them for them to do it?
The guy is my friend who works there, his name is Greg. Hes done it before so he just grabbed me what I needed. I think it was a amp kit, 12 feet? I can ask him how much it would normally cost for a normal customer. Its up north in Towson though. But I turned it on, Hooked up up to my motherboard and everything turns on fine, all the fans are working, motherboard light comes on etc. Truthfully the guy is a good friend of mine so when he told me he knew what he was doing I trusted him. Plus, if he screwed up best buy would buy me a new G hehe. Tell me if you want me to call him, Ill find out where he wired it too.
