Either way they should take your word for it if its a simple rattle fiX TSB. They don't even necessarily need to duplicate it. What I do is actually write down the exact name of the TSB fix that I need done (Usually find others talking about it here or in the TSB forum) and they just look it up in their computer and get it done.

^^ exactly. what they do is listen then check all TSB and fix it anyways.
