Wait a sec. G35 and rattle??? Noooooo.

You'll notice the car is just 1 big rattlebox. Any rattle you hear, there's a TSB for it more than likely and the dealer will fix it however thats not a sure bet it will fix the problem. I've had around 3 rattles fixed and only 1 of them hasn't come back and that was the rear view mirror rattle which I could have just dont myself. A lot of them aren't so bad to fix - you can see pictures of most in the TSB forum that I think I should just attempt them myself instead of going to the dealer and them screwing something else up.

yeah, I have two main focal points of rattle. one bing the rear deck and the second is the drivers side door compartment.

Every once in a while, the front drivers side suspension gives off a creeking noise. very annoying.

I would definately go to the dealer JDM 350GT. I had a rattling with my exhaust when the car was in park and idle but they tightened whatever it was with no problem and it went away.

John, whenever I get out of my car there is a creeking noise. I keep forgetting to tell the dealer about it but is that what you experience too? I guess mine would be the front drivers side suspension too if that's the case.....

has this ever happened to anyone? for about a week i had a rattle coming from my passenger side window only while the window was up... and then all of a sudden it just stopped rattling 2 days before i was supposed to take it to the dealer to get it checked out so i canceled my appointment.. anyone know what coulda happened or if i should still get it looked at? there's no way to prove to them that the window used to rattle

I don't hear the creaking when going over bumps or driving, only when I get out of the car....maybe i'm getting too fat for the car.

I have no rattles yet, but since I had the 04 Im sure the 05 will have some.

I also 2nd the "fix it yourself" unless you want workers there to stain your roof all that by fixing with dirty hands

On another note... what does TSB mean?

Also I get the creak sometimes when I get out of the car. But I think it has to do with the springs.

hahaha ya i hear a creak as well only some times, but i hear the creak more often when i accelerate from a stand still. kinda like the springs shifting w/ the shift of momentum as you accelerate. ive also noticed right b4 i come to a complete stop my damn rotors squeak like if they were wet. this is diff. from brake squeal and its NOT brake squeal. this happens literally the second b4 the car comes to COMPLETE stop.

it is very minor...even tho i take it to the dealer, what if it doesnt rattle?
i am thinking that they might have hard time figuring out what the problem is if it doesnt rattle at the dealer. thats my concern.
