Going to the range...
Try the Sig, very comfortable gun. A little more kick. The Glock is a great gun as well , it just doesn't have the kick a 9mm should. If your going higher caliber try the .40. I don't have any guns yet, but I will problably by the end of this year. I used to have a AK-47 and a SKS, both 7.62 x 39mm. Those were great. I had 30 round clips for both and a 75rnd drum for the AK, talk about heavy.

LoL, Tech 9.....those things were a pain in the a$$ if they got dirty. But a fun gun to shoot. We had a Mac 10 with a hellfire trigger on it. It had a 50 rnd clip and we could shoot almost a whole clip without a jam. But, when that thing got hot it would jam constantly. The AK would only jam when I bought cheap Chinese ammo. The russian hollow point would shoot straight through walls.

I'm not a big fan of glocks. I like having a decocking mechanism (hammer as well). For me, the Sigs are so much more accurate. The range is fun but expensive. I'll spend $100 on ammo (.40 caliber or .357sig) and use that up in 30 minutes. Expensive but fun

I just had my guns for fun. Don't have any right now, but a few friends of mine want to get into it again. If I got extra cash laying around I will buy something.
^haha pratik, reminds me of a mike tyson quote when they asked what his opponents game plan would be. 'Everyone's got a game plan until they get hit', that quote along w/ one from muhammad ali 'If Frasier continues his retreat, he'll end up in a ringside seat'...cracks me up...
