How is it different? .. i've driven a MM Sedan and i didn't feel any difference..
Obviously this is just my personal opinion. 1st off the sedans have this quirk (and this could just be the older models) where if you're sitting at a light or whatever and not moving you can shift into whatever gear you want. 2nd, it just didn't feel as responsive I guess. When you 'shift' in the coupe whether it's up or down you feel it. Not so much with the sedan IMO. I didn't even like the MM in the sedan so everytime I get a loaner I just leave it in D. But hey, I could be wrong.

I also find that the sedans some of them when I am at the stoplight and shift into MM it goes to 5th gear. I don't get it. Shouldn't it go to 1st?
I've read that when shifting to MM from D the car will automatically downshift 1 level..4 to 5, 4 to 3, etc. So if you're stopped then yeah it should go to 1st I would assume. I had an 05 Sedan as a loaner last time and it's much better. Alot closer to the Coupe MM.
I still haven't figured the MM thing out. Are you supposed to let off the gas when you shift? Or just keep the gas down and shift from 1st to 2nd? I'm so used to letting off the gas and it feels wierd not having a clutch to push in. LOL.

I just mash the gas while shifting up without letting off the gas at all. Thats when I get the best results.
