Angry Why can't ppl learn to park??

So I'm out last night up in Clarendon, park the G in a nice area, not too crowded but well lit, when I come back to it later that night, I'm greeted with the gift of a clear indication that people around here don't know how to park. It's clear that someone was trying to parallel park behind me and didn't quite judge it right. There's a nice big bunch of scratches (which aren't too deep), and at least one large gash as well as a nice chip and small dent. FVUUUUCK. SO pissed off right now. Since I've had my license, I've never run into this problem, hell, I've driven through NYC and such and never even got a small ding or anything. What pisses me off the most is it's clearly a pretty big section that was hit, and the person who did it didn't think to maybe leave a note or anything. Just totally d!ck of them.

I tried to clean some of it up a bit with some microfiber cloths, but still seems like it's not going to be something I'm fixing myself. And at least those two spots are going to need some paint it seems. The dent/ding is pretty small so it's probably not worth fixing up for now I guess... Anyone have recommendations on what to do here? I guess a body shop or something is the best bet? Dealerships probably not gonna be a good option here I guess, right? If a body shop's the best answer, anything close to Alexandria? Raffi's seems to be the popular choice on the boards from what I've read, but it's not the most conveniently located...

Man, just barely even 3k miles on the car too, supposed to schedule it for the first service (3 month) like this coming week too.

Here's a few pics:

+1 on Scratch X or a similar compound. At least it was their paint on yours and not the other way around. People act like self-centered idiots these days.
I just had a paintless dent removal job done on mine for same issues.

That sucks man! Sorry to hear. If the Scratch X doesn't work you may have to go with a rubbing compound and then if that doesn't work a cutting creme. Be careful with the last two since it is actually breaking down clear coat. Good luck!

So I picked up some Scratch-X and was able to remove pretty much all of the markings which was good, but still got the chip in the top corner (really frustrating since the metal is exposed, and veeeery slightly dented - more like a ding) and that 2 inch gash at the bottom. I'm wondering if I should just try to pick up some touch up paint or see if the guys at Passport will do it for me (no garage, driveway, or otherwise private area to work on my car ). Might just mention it when i schedule the 3 month service in a week to see what they can do.

I'll try to snap a few pics of it post-Scratch-X tomorrow... That stuff does seem to work wonders though, definitely a great recommendation!
