not sure where columbia heights is... but rosslyn is a nice area... and its basically over the bridge from dc. good things about rosslyn:
1.) its still northern va... and
northern va > all of md
2.) its sooo close to georgetown...
georgetown has a lot of bars...restaurants...shopping... college biotches...a lot of things to do..especially for someone who's new in town.
3.) md is ghetto... i'd stay out and far away from it... even in the nice areas you can get shot up at anytime. wild a$$ people in md... and if you're talking columbia, md... that just sounds far... maybe taking the metro everywhere isn't sooo bad... but if you're gonna be in virginia at all... you're gonna need to drive and i wouldn't want to deal with that traffic.
just my opinion. md people will come on here an argue... blah blah blah... it doesn't matter.
VA>MD in all aspects, hence why they all come to work here. the only reason that state is on the map is b/c we feed them. MD=poor state for fake pimps who cant really afford to live/eat in VA. They take their scraps back up to where its cheap/ghetto
^^ This guy, what a bum. You obviously don't know Maryland very well let alone the really nice areas like Montgomery County, Howard County, even Anne Arundel county.
You also forget your state is full of rednecks and southern VA brings your state down as a whole. Take a look at this:

Looks like Maryland is higher than VA and Maryland is top 5 in the country!! And what keeps VA even that high is Northern VA (fairfax, loudoun, prince william) Also VA has the worst laws for cars in the country. Sh!tty tint laws and you can't even have a radar detector!! ghey..

damn you am I gonna die if I live in Columbia Heights? lol
I've been told by people that DC has its "bad areas" but honestly living in Brooklyn all my life I dont know if I'd even notice that I'm in a "bad area" lol
This place in Columbia Heights has reserved parking - so my G can live with me lol - just wanna know if its the type of area where I'll see her on Cinder-blocks one morning?
ok...back tot he MD vs. VA fight - this is fun cuz we all know NY kicks both their asses
thanks for all the help fellas!
