i did it couple times when i was a kid still lived in taiwan at the time....in that case, i scratch scooters , being childish and mad at people who park at stair ways, i did some custom tatoo for the scooters ( i can draw pretty good ) funny to see the tatoo being on there for almost half year, i think he liked it...LOL it was a win-win situation. didn't feel anything tho, was a childish thing to do.....and I'm sorry
