good to know IOC is not making any efforts to improve the situation. Good looking out Jeff. It's all very clear why IOC break off their ties with us, straight up damage control. They knew it wasn't going to be the last time they messes up since they make no effort to get rid of their bad advisors. Good luck to all those still using IOC, it's not worth the risk (for me the drive..haha) for a so-called hook-up they give us.

We are still faxing stuff some of his customers receipts to Nissan because of all the complaints he got. He loves to jack up labor and screw people.
Our parent company used to complaints about him all the time. Not just my General Manager, but the Presidents/CEO's of our company, and Nissan USA used to call us up and send out reps to see why he was pissing off people and ripping them off so bad.

Thanks for the info. My appointment with IOC will be cancled for sure. Where else should I take it?

You can try Infiniti of Tysons, they are no longer Rosenthal. Joe Shifflett was my Service Advisor, seemed pretty nice. Or you can come see me for non-warranty work.

I spoke to Dave at IOT today, he said the rear clicking might be a safety recall which he said should be covered outside of warrantee. He said he will try to come on to post tonight, so i'll let him confirm this.
