IOC has a new service representative?

Hi I havn't really introduced my self on the NGC forum.
My name is Soohan and I own 03 CB G. (say hi if you see me on the road)
Well.. I do have tons of mods on my car as you can see, lol.
I am about to take my car in for the rear axel ticking.
I called IOC and I was talking to Matthew and I couldn't
find any information about him after searching..
I really don't care for my engine warrenty anymore but
I definatly want to have this axel problem taken care of
since it was happening before the turbo kit installation.
If you guys can advise me, it'd be great. Thanks!

Good luck. A nice dealership should take care of you, but unless you have proof that the condition pre-existed the turbo install they may not do the fix. Increased torque/hp could cause said problem.

I'd try to talk to the service manager were ever you go. Gary Silver is the one at IoC.

Matthew used to work with me. I know him very well. All I have to say is be VERY careful when dealing with Matt. He is VERY shady. He got fired from my work for ripping people off. Then he went to VW in Manassas and got fired from their for the same thing. Just watch yourself with him. We are still faxing stuff some of his customers receipts to Nissan because of all the complaints he got. He loves to jack up labor and screw people.
Our parent company used to complaints about him all the time. Not just my General Manager, but the Presidents/CEO's of our company, and Nissan USA used to call us up and send out reps to see why he was pissing off people and ripping them off so bad.
