Does anyone use extended wheel studs with OEM wheels?
Wheel studs breaking at a track day is something I will never deal with again. ARP extended studs are the best investment for a car in motorsports. Anyway I see no need for $1000+ wheels when the stock ones are fine at my level. I switched the wheel studs to extended studs but am unsure about finding open ended lugs that’ll fit. I think these will
I've used ARP studs with OEM wheels with my Z33 SCCA racecar. I used different open-ended lugs than the ones you list, but make sure the conical seat will match the ones in your wheels. Not all do.
I went to Napa to see if they had in stock. Of course not but the guy was really cool and he found basically the same thing for even less and he showed me part number. The lugs finally came and fit perfect.
