You guys are evil. It wont give you 60hp. More like 50.

JK. There are no chips for G37 that work. Chips typically only work on boosted cars. Do a search, this question has been asked many times.

yeah, the chips are usually a gimmick, i read all those feedback and one person even said his a/c stopped working after he put it in... seriously if it was that easy to get that much gain from a chip... everyone would be doing it

u should be looking at bolt ons, then the technosquare reflash which i guess u can kinda consider it as a "chip" for our car, but technically chips are for bosted cars

Get a bunch of bolt-on mods, and get a reflash, that's the closet thing to a chip your going to get.

Obviously you're new to this and these guys are just having a little good natured fun with the newb. Actually, any chip that promises a lot of horsepower for cheap on ebay is 100% garbage 100% of the time. Now you know.

As far as bolt ons, you need to determine your budget and what you want to achieve. The engine in our cars is pretty efficient and it seems to be hard to get any big horsepower gains out of bolt ons. Big horsepower will come form turbocharging which on this car is mucho expensive.

The main bolt ons that will produce a little bit of horspower each are:
ECU reflash
Exhaust
Intake
At least that's what's available so far. As far as which one of these to go with, check out he Modding 411 forum and then read opinions in various threads to educate yourself enough to ask pertinent questions and make your decisions. Search is your best friend right now. You shold be doing 95% reading posts and 5% posting. Good luck.

^Man, I can't wait for you to get your Blitz T.C. It's one of those mods that just makes the car more fun to drive.

chips are not common in Japanese cars...but for German cars that are full of electronics and many of them are held back from power then that would be beneficial
