Hard to drive a car that hasn't hit dealers yet haha

I already took an XTS out. That is a pretty incredible machine to!

I am excited to see what Cadillac does with the CTS because compared to the new vehicles, that thing looks hella dated.

Once the CTS is revised, it will be a really competitive car in its respected Market. Just needs a little bit of fine tuning and an interior update lol

Luckily there isnt too much in the CTS haha. But yea, if they can follow what they did in the ATS and XTS it should be legit lol.

Hard to believe the top one is the more expensive vehicle lol

I did all that wiring crap for the hi/lows on my sisters old 96 Subaru Outback that I used to drive and it was just a pain. Not worth it to me.

I bought these 3000k HID bulbs with the wiring harness at the HID store in Newport (I didn't buy the full kit cause I didn't know I would need another ballast I thought you could use the stock ballast and connect both the upper and lower lol)

So if I were to just buy the pair of ballast from the HID store in Newport, I wouldn't be able to use my High Beam at all? Or will it stay at high beam when I have the fogs turned on. Or would I be able to use my high beam when I need it?

I am a bit confused, I really don't care about the feature since these 5000k HID's are crazy bright.

It depends what ballast kits and wiring this store has. Just go in tell them you need ballasts. Without the wiring for a high beam, you will always be on the low beam (fog lights)

You wont even have a high beam unless you specifically ask for one.

Nice choice. I have driven a few of these at work. We just started receiving them about a week ago. They are pretty pricey for what they are though. The ATS4 Premiuim (the one I would get) is around $50K. You can get a base model for around $38K but they are fwd and 4cyl. Also, they are kind of small, I think they are built on the same platform as the Cruze/Verano. I do like them a lot and am kind of considering one for my next car, but not for that price.

My vote would be for a slightly used 335is or CTS V if you're gonna start throwing around that kind of cash.... the G is just a stepping stone to bigger and better things.... that caddy is a lateral move at best IMO

If we were a warm weather state, I'd love nothing more than to get a nice CTS-V. Perfect combination of luxury and performace.

But... that's not really an option around here. So I'm sticking with the Gx (recently looked at Z's, but found out you can't get an AWD Z)

Hey Lance - never did respond in the other meet post. By any chance would you have some G Crew stickers that you could bring to the MG Nissan meet? I don't want to step out of line, so let me know if I am incorrect - but I should be elegible for them at that time. (The post changed, so now it just says I need "Notables" - but I'm not sure how often that gets updated)

I wouldn't get AWD and i'd get a sport model 6speed manual. Priced out around 44k and its a car i'd probably lease for a few years before doing something else.

And from the way it sounds, that car will perform similar and handle better than the Gs while still getting 30+mpg.

I like the CTS-V, but 18-20mpg on the highway would blow lol. And i dont want to buy a used BMW lol
