I would run something cheaper priced but I havent found too many cheaper tires that last as long as the Nittos with negative camber. Plus my fronts are near new and dont want to run mis-matched tires.

 

look who won best japanese car at MAP... and I didnt even know until I saw it in D-Sport... you would think they would at least let you know at the show...

Well today I found out how awesome one of my senior managers is... We had a fanatasy foobtall draft and I had my personal laptop out - my background is a shot of us Vossen G's lined up at Z Dayz. My senior tells me nice G, and tells me he has a R32. We start talking cars and takes a closer look at the G's and realizes they all have Vossens. He goes on to tell me he has a white S550 that just got shot to possibly be put up on Vossen - I am just in belief at this point, he pulls up pics of his 550 with custom painted 22'' CV1's that i saw EARLIER TODAY ON INSTAGRAM. Just is so crazy to meet someone in bumf^ck Pennsylvania with such similar interests... He then saw my iPhone case and was dying to get one so I told him I would mention to Mike about this encounter and hopefully get one sent out. Such a small world. Here is his 550:

Haha! They START at 94k, let's not forget options and such, you know the interior didn't come like that on the base model..... Plus painting of the wheels and other goodies I'm sure he has lol

 

i still think he shoulda kept the wheels stock color. that looks.... so rapper-ish.

haha plus i would buy a used c63 AMG and a GT-R for almost that price! But some people like ballin'

 

on another note, buying track tires for the new hatch are about HALF the price of the ones I had to get on the g! WOO HOO!!! budget ballin'!

and an intake and downpipe combine to add ~45 tq to the wheel, and about 31 whp. that's under 650$. snap i love stock turbos.

 

The car show doesn't get much attention at the Proving Grounds. They actually just put the trophies in your car at the end of the show. There isn't any presentation or anything.

But, it was a nice to win Best of Show.
