linea corse are actually pretty decent wheels... well worth the $

3k for wheels is atrocious to me. i dont wanna drive worrying about getting a scuff on my wheels the whole time and having to dump a buncha cash to either fix/replace them..

if i had a show car, or a true functional professional race car, i would def see it being worth the $... or if i had a car that was worth 50k+ i could justify it. but in that case, i wouldnt be looking at replicas at all, cause i could afford whatever.


if you make the $ to get "real" 3-4k wheels, more power to you. i could just spend that $ in many other productive ways for my car.

 

As much as you all hate it, we actually really need to snow. The ground has been so dry. Before the snow, the last significant amount of rain came back in mid-July. Without the moisture the ground will actually start to crack. Now I am a little biased because of the farmer in me.

But I do hope for your Tevi, that it stays clear enough to get your car to the shop.

 

oh and i do agree with tevi,

if you buy varrstoens, for the love of god dont put on a volk sticker on em. you're a douche if you do. man up and say with pride that you spent less than 1/2 of other people and your car still looks good.

PS I am kinda excited about the snow, but it better not mess up my flight to dallas this weekend. I cant afford to reschedule my wedding haha!

That is what I have read. The wheels that I originally wanted from them the rears are a little aggressive for what I want unfortunately.

Definitely would never put a sticker or something of that sort on a wheel that isn't actually made by the brand. I'm all about showing what I actually bought. Whether that be a 1k set of wheels or a 3k set of wheels.

A replica is a replica.

I will probably stick with my original decision on wheels though so no worries lol

I bought my sectional for 1400 with the center ottoman. It was normally 2k and I'm very happy with it. It was a scatterback, but I don't remember the brand. I got it from HOM furniture, I remember when I had to fight Shannan to get up cuz she would prefer the couch over my bed....and I love how comfy my bed is HAHA

 

yeah...winter is really coming now...

 

I just need the roads to stay clear for another 3hrs. Don't mind if we get dumped on after that. Ny car will be stuck in the shop for at least a week anyways starting today
