Theres just more to it than that. lol To be seriously successful and not lose your *** you have to be able to read and understand ratios, trends etc. Things I do not know as much about lol.

Dan, we should have a financial discussion some time lol. You have the right idea here..

With us being so young, there isn't much risk as long as u don't need to pull the $$ out for a house or car... I was down big time this summer and just a little patience gets u a long way.
I stick with companies that have been around and have a bright outlook. I also try to diversify myself so I'm not 100% invested in one market like tech. Got some oil, auto, tech, consumer goods and energy stocks.
I learned a lot in my finance class where we got $1 mill to invest, and by the end of the semester I turned it into over $5 mill off stock options. Something VERY risky, but the payouts are crazy. U can also lose it all in a day ha

^+1 The only downside with Apple tho is that their damn stock price is so freakin high. Had you gotten in 10 years ago you'd be a freakin millionaire

GOOD MORNING EVERYONE! HOW IS IT GOIN SO FAR?!! I slept pretty freakin awesome last night....managed to get up at 5ish and get my *** outta bed at 515 and get to the gym for a nice run and some strength training. It's been waaaaaaaay too long, so I'm glad I was able to get up, hopefully I can make it a routine and keep it going for awhile.

good evening....haha I just ate dinner. hookah sounds good right now. I might have to light up the one I bought from an Iraqi a few months back. Time to chill for awhile before I go hit the gym for the second time today. I am going to go contact both dealers to see what the status is on the G's. My loan got approved so its only a matter of time

The blue G has been sold. But I guess its for the best. Black/black, 18,000 less miles and a grand less. All I need is for the dam dealer to respond to my emails.

True but if you're planing on dropping some money, this is a company with minimal risk at this time imo

In 2009 apple was trading for around $100, now it is trading for $450. Even tho Apple is trading at such high numbers, it is up $30 today. Who knows, Berkshire Hathoway trades for over $100,000 so the sky is the limit, especially for the most valuable company in the US. Just made $13 B in its last quarter and has more cash on hand than the US government haha.
But u make a good point mike, I always buy when stocks have taken big pull backs

Is it that black G with the dumped front end? If so I wouldn't buy from them after seeing how sketchy that car looked and most dealerships should respond right away to an email. And why don't u just buy one in the Midwest when u get back and can check it out yourself? And avoid paying third party to inspect and deliver it half way across the nation...
