Not too bad, but for what she want's in her price point there aren't too many out there. I showed her an 08 Sport with 50k miles but that one is 24k and with everything it would be over 25. She isn't in a hurry so we may just wait on this one too

yeah because we even paid 26k for ryan's sedan...so if she's willing to wait, i'm sure something better will come up as the weather gets nicer

Yea that was what I posed to her too. She just really likes the 06+ Style. I told her if she wanted to save 4k our 05 is 4k less than the one I showed her with the same miles lol... This spring the prices should drop quite a bit

Lemme know if you wanna sell it...I might look to pick one up before we head to NC and FL.

What did we figure gas was gonna be for the trip again? I'm trying to see what my budget's gotta be and how much I still gotta come up with for mods to see what's doable and what's not.

MIKE - Keep this in mind. We paid right around 21k for Lindsey's, and it only had about 31k miles on it...that was back in spring of 2009 and it was an '05. Figure you're looking for an '08 in 2012....consider the prices, I think you can do much better then that buddy

Whenever you need a reference for miles and locations...just look at page 1 Peng of the NC/FL thread, I believe i have everything computed there. Figured it all out when we originally planned the trip.

Overestimating it at $3.50 a gallon and 20mpg its around $600- in fuel.

Obviously highway miles we'll get better then 20mph, and gas could be less then that as well, but it was for a rough estimate and i would rather over estimate then under.

Yea for sure! That's why I wanted to talk them down a lot on the price...but with the season they are already marking theirs up a ton! kbb is saying an 06 should be around 19k for now....not that we follow KBB

Yea I calculated about 1800 miles, divided by 22 mpg for a poor average of our 80 mph LOL....by 4 bucks a gallon, rough average puts us at 340 bucks one way for gas. I will figure in an extra hundred bucks or so for gas with the dragon and random driving / cruising. So I'm thinkin 800 or maybe a bit more for gas....

The way you guys drive we will be lucky to get 15mpg on the highway because we will be haulin'....

But in reality I expect to spend about 700-750 in gas.

Seeing that we drive relatively sane on the way down and back up.

I wouldn't be surprised if we top get very close to 5000 miles during this trip.

Mike- There are better deals than that out there. I would keep looking.

I think gas will be closer to an average of $4/gallon. It's already 3.65 and I've heard rumors of it getting to a national average of $5.00.
