Betty's Garage Grounding Wires
Thanks all for a great week last week. I got to do 2 more custom jobs. Let's get it rolling again for this week, I'm all caught up and if I don't have kits to make the wife is going to make me do honey-do's.
Hey Black Betty i accidentally rounded up the nut to tighten the battery cable trying to get it to securely fit on the battery (which it didn't) because i had both wires in between the clamp.
I had a black and white print out of the instructions so i didn't see clearly how u had gotten both of the wires to fit, but looking at the image now from the computer, now i see how u made it fit with now problem.
I shouldn't have tried to fit both cables in between the clamp but rather have them on the outer side where the nut is......(such a nobie mistake).
Now i need to find a way to get the nut off and get a replacement because the connection to the battery is not secure. I can easily disconnect it without applying much force and i don't want to be driving and it accidentally get disconnected from me hitting a pot hole.

Thanks for the offer, i got the rounded down nut off and replaced the bolt and the nut. I also had to file down the side of the one of the wire that connect to the battery in order for it to fit good.
Thanks for the offer again, I need to get me a good set to tools.

For those of you who just can't get enough of it in your engine bay, I now have access to REAL carbon fiber sleeving. It is available only on 4 AWG wiring and will of course cost more than the standard TechFlex sleeving. PM me for pricing info.
