Is "Black Betty" some kind of high context word? Or is it just some random name you made up?

What he said. I've name all my cars. This one happens to be named Black Betty. Hence the name of the buisness, "Betty's Garage", since that is where this grounding kit was developed and where it's built when the weather is good.

Texas residents take note!

Any grounding kits shipped to or delivered within the state of Texas will be charged sales tax from this date forward. Not my idea, but Texas wants their money. Fellow Texans who have purchased previously, this doesn't apply to you - don't worry about it. Thanks everyone for your continued business.

Texans will now pay $97 shipped for the 4 AWG kits, and $75.50 for the 8 AWG kits. I'll post the prices with sales tax included for Texans in the first post as well.

1st generation G35 Coupe/Sedan love from Betty's Garage? Yes!

Well I've got a set of the 1st generation prototype wires installed on a donor's sedan a couple of days ago and I'm waiting for his impressions in a few more days. Fitment was great (of course!). I have a second set to install today or Friday on a coupe and will be ready for production and shipping next week barring any unforeseen setbacks. Tell all your 1st generation G owning friends.

Problem with supplier

Well folks, I've run into a snag. My shipment of supplies came in today with the majority of components that I need to fulfill orders missing. BACKORDERED! ETA: 78 days!

This won't stop me, but it will cause some delays until I can locate another vendor and get a shipment in. The holdup is something small - the black insulators that go on the ring terminals. I have enough to fill current orders (barely) but won't be able to take any new orders for sets in 4 AWG Black, Blue, or Carbon Fiber unless you want red insulators - I have tons of those. Please hold your orders on those until I notify you that I have the parts pack in stock. Believe me, I'm more bummed than you are about it.

Thanks for your patience.
