Does anyone know any local shops here that sell good detailing stuff? I also need a place to install coilovers...

 

What kind of detailing stuff? Autozone or a place like that doesn't carry what you need?

 

Definitely need to set up a meet! someone needs to just take the reigns on this and set a date/time/place!

Preferably somewhere that is between the north/south/west sides... anyone have any ideas or will someone just take a stand on this one and set one up rain or shine?! There aer a few shows/events coming up as well so lets make sure we keep those posted on here too.

 

Well, I'm looking for a shop that sells good microfiber cloths. Autozone makes theirs in China. The good ones are from Korea. They developed the tech to make softer clothes. 80/20 polyester/cotton mix. Others are 70/30 which is more abrasive... I'm obsessed.

Let's meet July 30th at Adler Planetarium at 6:00PM. Seems like a very photogenic spot!

 

Ace hardware sells good ones. I did an extensive test on the back of cds and the fine one from ace hardware did well. (blue color one) I bought 100 dollars in towles to test them all. I'm down for a meet.

 

It's going to be winter again before we actually get off of our a$$es and plan this thing! hahaha
