Chicago Z is having a bbq on the 21st. Like to meet some fellow forum members. Think we could combine these meets or should keep seperate?

I will talk with Lance, I'm sure he will see the update too. My only concern is the timing since we are from MN and it's a 5 hour drive from Chicago back to MN. But we have a few weeks to work out all the details

 

Not a problem. I msged to the owner of chicagoz and see if it was ok. I'm sure it will be, i did mention that time may be a factor. I'm down for meeting myg folks earlier too if need be.

 

PERFECT timing to do this!! This would work out perfect, is it possible at all to move the BBQ up to like noon??? I'd be great to meet up with you guys!

Ok. talked to the host of the chicago z bbq. Cant move it earlier b/c of prep and biggest reason is the permits. yeah we have to have permits here.

I suggest maybe having a myg37 meet before the bbq and whoever wants to stay can and who needs to leave can as well, but at least we all will meet.

EDIT: We also need a roll call on who's coming to the BBQ so enough food can be purchased.

 

its a 6-8 hour drive depending on traffic. I might just plan to take off that Monday as well to sleep in once we return. Everyone on the list I posted we'll plan for the BBQ at 2, just make it one huge meet.
