OK, changed from the Stafe 2+ map, to Cobbs Stock style map. Went for a drive, and did a few full throttle runs!

AFR's started at like 13.1-13.3 from begging of full throttle run, then as RPM climbed they dipped to like 12.8,...12.5...12.3...between 3500- maybe 6000RPM's. then at near redline it diped to maybe high 11.9's. then at closer redline i seen a 10.0 for a brief second! or could have abeen a 10.8? not sure as i let off the throttle right after that! So are those AFR's beeter than the Stage 2+ one i had before? This is on a G35 HR Sedan. I know i need a custom tune. but at least these AFR's look alot better than before! When I was wasting fuel more than making power!

What software did you use to raise the rpm on "stock style" map?

ugh no... to make the most power NA, you want your open throttle AFR at about 13.0

So to get good power gains out of the accessport what your suppose to do is upload the stock map that comes with it right? Or should you just set it to stage 2 first then switch back to the stock style? Assuming that you have stage 2 mods, such as intake, hfc, and catback. Am I right here or not understanding?

stage 2 maps just seems to dump 15% more fuel but does nothing else but overload the car with too much fuel which will decrease power and waste a ton of gas for no reason. as of right now stay with the "stock style map"

not entirely true, the best NA horsepower gain is usually around 13.2 air to fuel mixture, but our V Motors make the best torque with a richer mixture. so in short every motor is different and may require leaner or richer. there is no magic target air fuel mixture.

actually if you want to get even more technical... an NA internal combustion motor pretty much works the same throughout the entire spectrum.

You want it slightly richer at peak torque, then lean at peak hp.

EX: 12.7:1 to peak torque, and 13.0:1 at peak hp.

I've built a few 800hp+ motors before, na and FI. FI obviously you want to go way richer.

I'm using stock style and raised my rpm up 500. I'm thinking of changing the throttle/pedal positioning. Why is that it's only giving us 70% on WOT?
I'm using the ATR and I'm thinking of slightly increasing the throttle plate positioning to 5%. Any suggestion on this?

Can you elaborate on the 70% throttle at WOT?
