What are those plastic things on the sedan's mufflers?

On my 2009 sedan, there are plastic pucks or disks attached to the mufflers pointing towards the tires. Are these the TPMS receivers? I don't see any wires leading to them so unless they work on wireless and induction or black magic I have no idea what they can be.

Thank-you!

I had an 09 sedan and I don't remember anything like that. Can you post a good photo of what you're talking about?

When describing something like this it's always best to post a reference picture for people. It'll be easier and you'll get responses much quicker!

It's a vibration damper.
It is made of a specific mass connected by a " visco-elastic substance" (rubber) that reduces the vibration. There is also one on our transmission.

Here is what I am asking about. Muffler on the left...rear tire to the right (out of frame).

These are on the y pipe as well. They do a pretty good job actually. I have been thinking of a way to integrate these with my custom axleback
