Question Whats the best CAI?

I have a G37x coupe and I am looking for the best CAI for it. I read some threads and see that Stillen maybe the winner. I just want to be sure.

Let me google that for you

Which shows a link to the exact same question asked in April... where Radslinger happened to be 2nd to respond with..."this is the BEST intake money can buy."

I went with the Takeda CAI to avoid making cuts which are needed with the Stillen CAI. The instructions are ****. It was helpful that I previously installed the Takeda SRI, which I'll post for sale on here later. Do some looking around, the "best CAI" is subjective.

holy snap what this forum has turned into...

to op, although there is no definite answer to your question. because someone on other side of world might think that their short ram is really best and others might think that stillen g3 is the best. so it really comes down to what you like.

Almost forgot, welcome to the forum! Go to the newbie's corner and read some of the guidelines about posting.
Wikipedia has a section on flaming and trolling if you want to learn about flaming. There are people on forums who get annoyed seeing the same question that's been answered many times before in different threads, so you'll get negative responses. As the original poster (OP), you may get offended, but don't. For the readers, they may continue chiming until you've entered the wall of flame and the thread gets locked. Which is the reason for, flame-on, and inb4thelock.

Hey dude welcome. Try searching a lot first but from what I gathered in my personal search for the "best" CAI; stillen gen3 gets the best top end and R2C gets the best mid range power (R2C is also super easy to install, did it myself in about 15 minutes). Both net about similar results just delivers it at different RPMs. You can translate that whatever way you want but the way I see it the gen3 is best for tracking and r2c best for daily. Each can be had for about 400-600 bones I believe, check out the group buy area. Good luck.
