yogregb, that looks really clean! great job. I didn't do much to mine as the journey bumper I have is only a temp until I get a sport bumper. I simply drilled out all the fake holes with a 6mm drill tip and removed those plastic pieces. I was planning on doing the same thing you did with the sport bumper and add fine mesh from the inside to protect it from debris.
