test pipes

i was wondering what testpipes (Preferably non-resonated for increse in volume) would sound like on a stock exhaust. i want to keep my exhuast setup very simple and for the most part stock. i was thinking about just mufflers but my choices were very limited. so i started seeing a lot of people went with test pipes, so i checked out fast intentions non resonated test pipes and the prices were not bad... however i have no idea how they would sound on a stock exhaust. I just want something simple to take on and off because my car is a lease i do not know how infiniti service will react to this and dont want to get my warantee voided!
Any thoughts if this is a good idea? how it would sound? or any other options??? whatever info you guys have would help with my decision!!
thanks
emil
P.S.---I am not a big fan of a raspy sound

I have hfc's with stock exhaust, and the sound is perfect to me. Keeps the stock exhaust note but intensify's it. Go with hfcs man and stay away from test pipes. Your exhaust will sound raspy as hell and test pipes smell. Good luck with your decision.

+1, go for quality over quantity, if you're getting test pipes make sure they're resonated

No welding. As far as your dealer bitching at you... it really depends on your dealer.
