Anytime a cop is around I switch to sport mode and shift at about 2000. But if they are going on looks of modified exhaust, fast intentiona looks far from stock with those crooked canisters.

 

Check the law and see if it is ok at a certain db level and if so fight it and say he had nothing to measure the db with. He can't just go off his opinion he has to have a fair amount of proof like a radar gun for speeding. No matter what good luck.

 

Same thing happened to me in my old Evo was told it was completly illegal to modify it at all and got let go with a warning. Really lucky as it was a straight 3" no cats nothing lol
