Help Unhappy with exhaust setup

i have this whisling sound, I have stillen header, stillen gen 3 intake and berk hfc and maganflow with cobb stage 2+. This annoying whisling sound happens only at 2K RPMS. I took it to 2 diffrent exchaust shops. No one has a clue. and i am thinking its something i have to live with

I am sorry to say, i have not Dynoed my G yet. just rolling on butt dyno feel. And it feels pretty intense around 7 K
