Review R2C MaxFlow CAI
I look forward to your dyno results. I am strongly considering getting the R2C for my 2010 sedan. thanks.
Welcome! I actually have the Stillen Gen 3 on my 2010 sedan, and an R2c system in the trunk. I'm planning on getting both systems dyno'd in the next couple weeks. Just have to find the time. Doing this on my own dime too, and hope to make some if the $ back with whatever system I decide to sell. lol
Thanks. I breezed right over that, I was intimidated by the number of pages in the thread.
Looks like a negligible difference in performance. With the ease of install, I believe the R2C is the intake I will buy.

i have the stillen gen 3 intake installed on mine that's all i have done so its stock other than that
were these dyno results done just with the cai installed no other parts installed?
and were these two different dyno runs with two different cai both done with a tune?

No tune on either ran the Stillen first, took it off, ran the R2C. I don't believe there were any other modifications to the car. I'm not aware if they gave the ECU time to stabalize or reset it. I kind of doubt that would make any significant difference. You could call Ed at R2C and ask him for details of the dyno.
i just wanted to know if there was a tune cuz off my stillen i dont really get much gain little bit of a louder sound but nothing other than that if anything i dont think my car is as quick as oem i feel like a need a tune big time

amg35, dyno with the Stillen Gen3 system is Tuesday the 14th. I'll post up results afterwards! I should be able to get a print-out and scan it.
Then I'll swap the R2c on Friday the 17th, and schedule another dyno in another week or so after I've driven it around.
I'll keep everyone up to speed.
Ok, here's my thread, but please keep R2c reviews/discussion here. Sorry for butting in like this Red.

You're probably more likely to encounter losses rather then gains without a tune, definately recommend it once you've completed your performance mods.
Tough to say. I threw them on without a tune or dyno, and can't tell a difference either way. The only dyno's I ever saw were from the manufacturer. I've never seen a real world before and after.
