I like the tips that are on it they just hang too low. It sucks they didn't send you the right stuff in the first place but I think those tips look great with the car. 4.5" are just too big imo. Those would look great if they were just tucked in better.

That sucks, but if the shop didn't weld the muffler piece, then it should be relatively easy to install. i installed mine and the hardest part was up by the headers for my HFC's. The borla really was not bad at all. Get some ramps and a couple sockets and you should be set. It can however be a pain to get the muffler off the hangers, but a pry bar makes it easy.

You may be able to sweat talk the shop into bailing you out since it's only the muffler assembly that needs to be switched. Shouldn't take them long at all.

Yes sorry that was what i meant. Borla should be the one compensating. Now i just read that they are putting it on order for 8-10 weeks?... i would be mad.

in case anyone was curious, Greg from Borla sent me this and told me he would try and

get out the muffler assembly ASAP, i know mistakes happen and im fine with what i have right now and will be even happier when the new ones arrive and its very cool that they offered to pick up the reinstallation

Jack:

Your order reference number is CS6****. So you know we will cover the cost of the reinstallation for you. It shouldn’t be more then $50 -$75 dollars. We will have you pay for the installation and have you send us your receipt. We will then cut you a check for reimbursement. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
