You might have another code there. If the car noticably loses power when you get the CEL light, it's not the P0420 & P0430. See if you can pull the code.

i had P2A00,P2A03(a/f ratio issue) b/c of the leakage befor the HFC since
i didnt have a gasket in there.

checked your web and couldnt find three point gasket for flange to the engine side.

If you have it PM me please.
Will send you a PM for the gaskets. Those codes are from the front O2 sensors (the ones in the header). Double check to make sure that those are the codes. It sounds like damaged O2 sensors from the install (impact tools).

Nissan doesn't make them. We have them custom made for our HFC's.

For the header/cat flange? It's a crush ring. I'm talking about a flat gasket.

Lets not tern this in to a Berks bashing thread. You can get stock crush ring and the gaskets at the dealership. I know because I have all ready replaced them. I hope Berks is right about the non-foulers. the code I'm getting on my Cobb AP is PO420 and 430 I need to find out if that is a air leak or to much air going through them. I'm going to need to get them inspected.

Ya that was me. I think you were right on about fixing the problem. If its a air problem and not a leak

Leak will be different code. 0420 and 0430 is the HFC O2 sensor.
btw I was thinking... if we relearn the IDEL AIR Vol... would that work? there was a TSB about replacing ECM and it mentions about ACCELERATOR PEDAL & THROTTLE VALVE CLOSED POSITION LEARNING and IDEL AIR VOL LEARNING.
