g35 HKS Hi exhaust on g37??

Ok so I did some research and from what i have read ive seen that this exhuast does infact fit our car em I right?? the only problem is that the rear sway bar happens to be in the way, now also reading I saw that if you change the stock sway bars with the g35 sway bars it works but the ride goes to ****... so my only option if I got this exhaust would be to have the exhuast custom cut and fit around my stock sway bar... Would this work out im dyeing to know because if thats the case I think im gonna go thast route cuz I can get a hks Hi on ebay for like 400-500 for the 03-06 G35 and then jus have the rear section welded to fit right.... good idea or bad?? what do you guys think?

thats what i did with mine but its not the sway bar that is the problem its the drive shaft that you have to make sure that your right pipe is properly customized to clear both the sway bar and the drive shaft
