Forced induction isn't an option for the G37 yet, although I am sure it will be widely popular once the kits are available. Expect to spend around $7000-$12000 for a good forced induction system, with installation, and appropriate accessories.
Many of our customers prefer sticking to the rock solid reliabilty of NA bolts, and others prefer to go nuts with forced induction. Some have emmissions issues to contend with, and this will also guide their decisions on how to modify their car...not to mention warranty concerns.
I usually tell most of our customers, to stop just short of headers, since headers add a significant amount of labor to the equation (and are not compatible with TT kits), and on the 350Z/G35, we rarely saw good gains just with the addition of headers. Of course, if a customer is 100% committed to NA, and has ZERO desire to go FI, then headers and cams would make sense.
Let me know if you have anymore questions.

That's right, decrease back pressure. So IMO go with non resonated TP or downpipes for the best flow on a FI system. HFC still have some restrictions. But not to bad enough to actually mean anything. But yes I guess I'm speaking from a emission point of veiw also.

Do you have any recollection of the noise level of the car after the headers and HFC was installed? I am interested in adding this set up but don't want to have an annoyingly loud car that pisses off all of the neighbors.
