Received, thanks must say it took a lot longer for me than 5 min. I spent hours trying to take out and especially put back the pin. A tip that I got from kkkken's DIY which is to use a channel lock pliers to push once you get the pin aligned into the holes. This is what took majority of my time trying to use pliers and my hands to push it through.

Trick is supporting yourself in such a way that one hand depresses the pedal while the other inserts the pin. I use my left & right hand for this respectively. It's awkward, but gets the job done quick.

Thanks!

Thanks!

I used industrial strength zip ties(doubled up) to tie the pedal down in 2 different spots(pivot points where clutch sensor metal flanges are) and it was cake!

I also must say, I am using this spring with the Z1 CSC Elimination kit...it works extremely well!!

Just got my 6MT. How exactly does this alter the feel/response of the clutch?

You can feel the engagement point of the clutch a lot better so your shifts will be a lot smoother. Trust me, it's worth the $20 or so.

Installed this. Instantly better. I can actually drive as smooth as I drove my old SC300. I love the car now. No more cursing it for jerky clutch woes.
