I've been so busy I haven't had a chance to update - Thanks Jsolo for shipping out my spring so quickly

When I had no spring at all, my clutch was actually really stiff which I prefer. With the softer spring, it actually made the clutch really soft/springy again. However, as time goes on, I think the new spring is breaking in and the clutch is slowly regaining the stronger pressure. Either that or I'm just getting used to it lol. I do like how the softer spring does remove the slack.

First post updated for December.

Springs are still shipping - usually in the mail the same or next day.

Sorry I haven't been as active on here in recent weeks. Just got my Page Plus (verizon mvno) dealer authorization last month. So been trying to get the cell phone business up and running. Quite a challenge for one person to manage everything - welcome 80 hour weeks!@#

so much difference for 20 bucks

The spring was sent immediately after payment even though it was late. The spring itself is finished just as the stock spring. Install couldn't have been easier. I think it took longer to find my needle nose pliers...
To make it easy I stuck a 2x4 between the clutch pedal and the front of the seat and moved it forward until there was no tension on the spring. I took the washer out with pliers. Luckily for me I was able to pull the pin with just my fingers. I used the seat adjustment to adjust how far the clutch went in and the pin slid out not problem. I have only taken a short drive but really I think it should have always come like this. I wish I would have done this years ago with my G35...

Hi guys, this is my first post here. I just sold my '04 350Z Roadster and picked up an '08 G37 6MT. So far I love it but I'm very glad to see I'm not the only one that feels like a clutch spaz...

Did I miss the boat on this spring order? I'd love to pick one up. Please let me know if it's a possibility.

Thanks very much!

Tim

Prices will likely go up slightly after January 26th to reflect the new usps rates.

I got my “precision Clutch Spring” in the mail yesterday. It took me about ten minutes to install – Nice instructions! The clutch feel is now perfect. Infiniti should make this stock. My 2nd gear no longer makes me feel like an amateur. The clutch is a bit heavier, but it’s now closer to a “sports car” feel. I guess Infiniti was going more for “Luxury” and attempting to make it easier for us older guys who are more likely to be able to afford their awesome car.
Kudos to JSolo for making an essential upgrade easy to acquire and install. And shipping was quick, as always. Thanks!

CRWJumper, thanks for the review. I do try to ship as quickly as possible.

Scotty_R8, PM me the address info, I'll check to see what the options are.

I've shipped before to various military installations, but it's been some time. I don't remember if there was anything special required.
