New G37 in NorCal

Hi everyone,

My name is Robert. This past Sunday, we purchased a Athens Blue G37 Journey. I don't know how my wife puts up with me. I'm a former 350Z owner. In fact our 2004 350Z by a strange sequence of events got my family into a Newsweek article back in the 12/1/2003 edition (Three for the Road).

I've missed my 350Zs (yes there have been multiple - car accidents and such), so I was looking for another 350Z or G37. This past Sunday I sat in a G37 and test drove it. I fell in love with the G37 because it performed well and I was far more comfortable in the G37 than in the 350Z.

Today I take my G37 back to the selling dealership to have them "correctly" repair the clearcoat scratches one of their techs created when trying to remove a bird dropping spot.

I'm glad to be a new G37 owner.

Robert

What do you mean by "correctly" repairing? The same thing happened to my car, but they buffed out the scratches from the damn bird. You can see the swirl marks from the buffer, though .

The clear coat issue has been resolved. It only took a few minutes with the "right" person to get it corrected. I'm happy now.
