P0300 random misfire

I have a 2011 g37s 6mt sedan with about 104k miles (I bought it with 102k). My service engine soon light came on for a p0300 random multiple cylinder misfire after doing my first oil change (I don’t think that had anything to do with it) . I first cleaned the throttle bodies front and back and reset the throttle bodies hoping it would fix it. About 3 days later, after putting a single exit and y pipe on, the code came back. I replaced both the spark plugs (ngk laser iridium) the ignition coils (z1) and even checked the maf sensor. The code still remains. It shows no other codes, it doesn’t feel like it lossed any power, and it doesn’t overheat. I’m lost please help.
