I have a 2012 Infiniti G37 and i was driving and randomly the car stalled and didn’t crank back up 4 months ago during these 4 months I have went to mechanic after mechanic and none have solved it and one scammed me.

i was told it was my ECM but when I checked my BCM I notice water residue on it as I was detaching wires. I took it to infinity dealership with a used ECM asking them to replace they tell me it’s notbibg they can do cause they wasn’t getting any communication out of the replacement ECM.

I got another BCM today and the key couldn’t be program to it the locksmith said it won’t communicate so we put the old one back in and the program went threw.

at this point I am lost and out of 525$ so far of wasted time and money my car TURNS OVER with the original ECM and BCM in my but won’t START I checked every fuse they all have life and my one port won’t scan or give codes but is receiving fire. I am confused and hopeless at this point.

 

You should have had the vehicle towed to the dealer 4 months ago when the problem first began.
Once you start replacing non OEM parts no dealer wants to get involved.
Time for another vehicle

 

Many people have changed they own a BCM and ECMS my car is not junk just because water got on one and it has to be a better solution than that but thanks for your input.
