Difference between OEM Spark Plugs?

Difference between OEM Spark Plugs?
To the point, lookin on Infiniti's website for 2010 G37 Spark Plugs about to hit 100k, there are two OEM PN's 22401-JK01D and 22401-EW61C. There both used for 2010. Whats the difference and does the community highly recommend a certain plug?

**EDIT** lookin through some info looks like the 22401-JK01D is the only PN used for the VQ37VHR, while the other PN is for other engine (smaller) options.
