Spark plug question

Spark plug question

I have a 2007 G35x sedan and the OEM spark plugs are Denso FXE22HR11 but would NGK LFR5AIX-11 fit?

I am also curious about NGK plugs, sorry I don't know either and want to know too.

Not sure but why risk any side effects of not using the OEM plugs?

I kinda agree here

unless you are modded pretty heavy you wont tell any difference.

Those will work perfectly as an OEM replacement. They are Iridium plugs so they should last longer than platinum ones. Changing to a different brand than OEM wont have any "side effects" just as long as it's the right application. And NGK plugs are just fine in our cars as well.

Holy crap, NO!!

Sorry for this bump from the past, but this should be corrected!!!!!!

Regardless of whether you can bolt them in or not, those plugs are a full two heat ranges hotter** than the OEM plug. Why on earth would you want to run hotter plugs in a high compression engine? (you'd be knocking like crazy!)

If you want to run a different brand plug, that's fine, but for god's sake at least get the right heat range!

A Denso 22 heat range equates to an NGK 7 heat range, not 5!
