I'm not sure what you mean by using coolant water, but a couple of things might help. Since you live a hot country, you can use a higher percentage of water than the normal 50/50 coolant ratio. If it NEVER freezes year round, you could probably use 90% distilled water/10% coolant which will cool much more efficiently than 50/50 mix. I use 75/25 where I live which makes a difference. Redline Water Wetter helps too. Beyond this, the next step I'd recommend is a more efficient radiator like the ones by CSF.

I agree with BB. On a track you shouldn't even use "antifreeze" as its not to be freezing. Plus when the car boils over the antifreeze hits the ground it is much more slippery than water. Use straight water and water wetter mixed properly. Search this and other forums. It may be a sensor. May have to take it to a Nissan dealer.

Did you properly bleed the cooling system after you replaced the coolant? Air in the system will cause it to overheat.

Water pump defective or incorrect?
Radiator Cap?
Defective or incorrect thermostat?
Are the fans working?

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G37/Sedan/2013/CO.pdf

Follow the steps in the FSM

See page CO-07
and
CAUTION:
• Do not reuse O-rings.
• Do not put additive such as waterleak preventive,
since it may cause cooling waterway clogging.
• When refilling use Genuine NISSAN Long Life Antifr
eeze/Coolant (blue) or eq
uivalent in its quality
mixed with water (distilled or demineralized). Refer to
MA-16, "
FOR NORTH AMERICA : Fluids and
Lubricants
"
(FOR NORTH AMERICA) or
MA-18, "
FOR MEXICO : Fluids and Lubricants
"
(FOR MEX-
ICO).
1. Remove air cleaner case (LH). Refer to
EM-28, "
Exploded View
"
(VQ25HR) or
EM-170, "
Exploded View
"
(VQ37VHR).
2. Install reservoir tank if removed, and radiator drain plug.
CAUTION:
Be sure to clean drain plug
and install with new O-ring.

CO-13

Use the proper coolant as specified in the FSM

Good luck

What is defined as high temperature? What is it in terms of actual degrees (C or F).

TM made a good point about the radiator cap. A poorly functioning cap may be opening at lower than 15 psi (or whatever it's rated at) and causing a boil over (if that's the issue).

These engines are a pain to bleed if using the burping method. Vacuum filling is the best way to assure no air is present.

As BB pointed out, only use distilled water, not straight water. The latter contains minerals that will react with the cooling system in a bad way.

If temp goes up & back down when car is in motion + u changed all those parts.. Chk coolant level.. Most likely u have air in ur system

I use lisle funnel (yellow) to bleed system.. GL

Do a pressure test on the cooling system.
I wonder if you have a blown head gasket... This causes combustion gasses to build up in the cooling system and the car overheats.

Guys .. the car is overheating while in idle only. all of what mentioned above is incorrect except for radiator cap and fans ..

Check your radiator cap + fans ( probably they are not working ).

You're saying you swapped the motor out and the problem was gone, then swapped it back in and the problem is back?
