I use Red Line 5w-30 @ 7k mi OCI, M45 filters, Bosch D+ #D3323 or Purolator PureONE #PL14610 (work nearly as well), you can read up on some reviews/comparisons here: Some Filtration Comparisons from the Bench | Oil Filters | Bob Is The Oil Guy

Now only if we could dump the wifes Acura for another Nissan, I might be able to use the same filter for ALL our vehicles/

I think her car actually has the "landing spot" for the smaller diameter filter around the filter mount, so it might work. Next time I change the oil Ill take a look to see how it fits.

I now stock 3 different oil filters for my cars. I checked out the K&N filter site and I can use the 1010 for all three applications. Check it out: Cross Reference for K&N Filter Part Number HP-1010

Looking at the K&N site I discovered now they have a lifetime oil filter thats washable.
Has anyone had tried this?
I feel like an old timer in that I want to say "no way. no how am I going to try that thing!"
