wire hanging under car?

wire hanging under car?
noticed this braided ground wire hanging under the car,it is bolted to the block or transmission,passenger side-can't find where it plugged in at????

does it connect to the bracket holding the O2 sensors wires?

i wo0uld check there.

didn't notice any place near the sensors.cars back on the ground now-hav to check tommorow
