I too have ran staggered on both of my AWD's. on my 2011 Coupe first and now my 2013 Sedan. Never had any problems or any lights come on.

I run the same set up as kennyz but without the spacers. Maybe bump your rear tire down to a 30 and see if it goes away?

What's going on guys!!

So just an update... I was able to correct the problem with getting new tires. Had to go with 275/30 rears and 235/35 front. No rub, no light, no problems...
