Bike vs car never good. Just fix it on your own and deal with it. Taking a bycyclist to court is not recommended.

Anyway, here is an update.

Called my ins today and they are working on the care. Waiting for the police report and interview of the guy I hit then we'll see what happened. I'll try to get some pics this week
